Republican candidate for governor of Arizona, Kari Lake, actually did proclaim that Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) has the same kind of BDE as Donald Trump. This is part of a trend of politicians “working blue” to get a rise out of the crowds and to increase social media engagement about their events. Lake, DeSantis, and Trump all pretend to be election deniers to rile up their supporters.
