Is Donald Trump souring on Fox News? That seems unlikely, seeing how they enjoy such a mutually beneficial relationship.

Donald Trump is so used to Fox News shilling for him that it really seems to upset the former president when the right-wing network gives any airtime to Democrats.

On Monday, he fired off not one but two angry social media posts condemning Fox for daring to ever give a platform to Vice President Kamala Harris, her campaign staffers, and anybody other than his own supporters.

What initially drew his ire was an appearance from senior Harris adviser Ian Sams, who criticized the former president for dodging interviews with mainstream media outlets and refusing to share his medical records with the public.

“How much time does Ian Sams, Senior Advisor to Lyin’ Kamala Harris, spend on FoxNews?” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform before blasting Fox host Neil Cavuto for having the lowest-rated show on the network.

“Sams is just a below average guy, with memorized FAKE NEWS soundbites, almost all of which are WRONG, but coupled with all of the other Harris Radical Left Democrat mouthpieces that Fox puts on (Richard Fowler, Patrick Murphy, ‘something’ Wolf, Jessica Tarloff?), it has a very negative effect on the Election,” the former president stated.

Of course, this is a common refrain for Trump.

He has recently suggested that CBS News should lose its license for airing an edited interview with Harris… something he ridiculously called “illegal.”

“Think of it, I spend an hour with the wonderful Maria Bartiromo, do a beautiful job, and then am followed up all day long by one-sided, negative Democrats, including Ian Sams, who virtually owns the Network,” Trump added. “It’s not worthwhile doing Interviews on Fox, because it all just averages out into NOTHING. FoxNews has totally lost its way!”

It’s amusing that the former president demands complete fealty from Fox News while suggesting that other news outlets are not being fair.

Trump followed up his first rant with a post on Harris’s decision to sit down for an interview with Bret Baier, whom the former president criticized for “often [being] very soft to those on the ‘cocktail circuit’ Left,” he wrote.

Instead, he stated that he would have “preferred seeing a more hard-hitting journalist.” It stands to reason that Trump means one of the network’s MAGA mouthpieces like Sean Hannity. However, Trump reasoned, “Fox has grown so weak and soft on the Democrats, constantly polluting the airwaves with unopposed Kamala Representatives, that it all doesn’t matter anymore.”

So, will the former president also call for Fox to lose its license? Unlikely. The symbiotic relationship between Trump and his propaganda outlet has been too beneficial for both of them.
