This week Americans were subjected to scenes of a former president of the United States debasing himself by promoting obvious, easily refutable terrible misinformation about the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s (FEMA) efforts to support the needs of victims of Hurricane Helene. Donald Trump is spreading the lie that FEMA stole disaster relief funding to give free stuff to illegal immigrants.
