Americans were disgusted to witness the current president’s act of stolen valor accomplished by putting his name above the name of the Kennedy Center.

The board of the John F. Kennedy Memorial Center for the Performing Arts decided they should rename the center after President Donald J. Trump. Afterward, the president pronounced that “It is a distinguished board. The most distinguished people in the country.”
Who is on this distinguished board? Some high-profile members include Dan Scavino, Maria Bartiromo, Pam Bondi, Pamella Roland DeVos, Sergio Gor, Lee Greenwood, Allison Lutnick, Cheri Summerall, Usha Vance, Susie Wiles, and Andrea Wynn. A very distinguished and unbiased group indeed.
When will the madness stop? Not anytime soon. Trump is escalating his efforts to put his name on as many government landmarks as possible. So far we have the Donald J. Trump Institute of Peace and the Donald J. Trump Kennedy Center, soon to be followed by the Trump “Tyranny” Ballroom and the Arc de Trump.
These moves are all illegal and will need to be dealt with by the next Democratic administration, if Congress can’t bestir itself to act sooner.
