Why the Boston Marathon Bombing Suspect Is Silent

Were accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev imprisoned in another country and barred from speaking to the outside world, he’d doubtlessly be described as “being held incommunicado.”

Yet since he’s an accused terrorist being held in the United States, the Justice Department-ordered gag on him has barely been noticed. And were anyone to ask why he’s forcibly been kept silent, they’d be told he’s been subjected to “Special Administrative Measures.”

Don’t be fooled by the innocuous sound of that. The phrase refers to a law that allows the government to restrict a prisoner’s communications in ways that:

“may include housing the inmate in administrative detention and/or limiting certain privileges, including, but not limited to, correspondence, visiting, interviews with representatives of the news media, and use of the telephone, as is reasonably necessary to protect persons against the risk of acts of violence or terrorism.”

The law was established to prevent presumably dangerous inmates—those accused of terrorism, espionage, mob or gang activity—from communicating to the outside plans that could result in death or bodily harm.

This is how stringent the rules are: federal prison officials told WhoWhatWhy via email they are prohibited from even discussing general information about Tsarnaev.

Restricted from communicating with anyone but his attorneys, his immediate family and prison staff, Tsarnaev is one of 49 inmates nationwide subjected to a law that some attorneys say skews the odds against a defendant and “keeps terrorism suspects guilty until proven otherwise.”

According to attorney David Thomas, who represented terrorism suspect Mohammed Warsame:

“the provisions of the Sixth Amendment establish the federal criminal justice system on an adversarial model, where the government and the defendant, as opposing parties, are to be of relatively equal strength… This system collapses in federal terrorism cases because the government enjoys overwhelming advantages, principally its ability to impose SAMs and classify evidence as well as its power to engage in vast surveillance and secrecy.”

And what communication Tsarnaev is allowed—including with his attorneys—is monitored by the FBI. The Bureau of Prisons also has tried to screen digital documents his attorneys have tried to view with him—actions his lawyers say are a violation of Tsarnaev’s constitutional right to prepare his case without government interference.

He and his attorneys are also restricted from discussing his case with the media—so he can’t tell his side of the story to the public. Tsarnaev’s attorneys have argued the SAMs are a violation of his First and Sixth Amendment rights. U.S. District Court Judge George A. O’Toole Jr., who is overseeing the trial, has not ruled on that specific argument so the de facto gag order is still in place.

In fact, the public wasn’t even aware of why Tsarnaev has not talked to the media. The SAMs were implemented on Aug. 27, 2013, but weren’t made public until Tsarnaev’s defense attorneys requested they be lifted in an October 2013 motion. Tsarnaev’s attorneys went to court after they were denied permission to see their client at Federal Medical Center Devens, until they signed SAMs agreements. (FMC Devens is a prison for male inmates requiring specialized or long-term medical or mental health care.)

Stacking the Deck

Prior to 9/11, SAMs were allowed only by a court order.

But 9/11 changed that. Now, the Attorney General decides whether an inmate presents enough of a risk to qualify for such restrictive treatment. That decision is not subject to any external scrutiny. There is no requirement that the Attorney General’s findings be made public, nor that the defendant or his/her attorneys be given any input.

Step back for a second and remember that the Attorney General is the head of the Justice Department, which prosecutes all federal crimes. The AG also oversees the FBI.

What does that mean for a defendant like Tsarnaev? It means that the person whose job it is to ensure his conviction has the sole right to decide whether he gets to tell his side of the story before trial. It also means that the overall boss of the FBI has “ears in the room” when a defendant is discussing legal strategy with his lawyers.

The judicial system is unsympathetic. Judge O’Toole summarily rejected an amicus brief from the ACLU of Massachusetts, which argued that Tsarnaev’s constitutional rights were being violated.

That appears par for the course in most SAMs cases. While some defendants have filed civil suits against the U.S. government, the cases are either mired in appeals and/or have been sent to a Bureau of Prisons program that arbitrates cases of prisoner treatment.

In fact, only one defendant has succeeded in having the restrictions lifted. Shoe bomber Richard Reid forced the system’s hand by refusing 58 meals in a hunger strike. The Justice Department relaxed the restrictions in 2009.

Tsarnaev has won some minor relaxations of the measures imposed upon him, but he still can’t talk to the outside world. So law enforcement still has the monopoly on the Boston Marathon Bombing story.

The man who could shed the most light on the real facts will get his opportunity to set the record straight. But that can only happen at the trial where his life is at stake, which ensures that the truth isn’t at a premium.

There have been more than enough provable Govt False Flags over the years for my mind not to go there as first suspicion. 7. Editing quibble: Always good practice for the easily distracted reader to put acronyms right after the explanation/use of the name, in the first reference: Special Administrative Measures (SAMs). Esp. when the 2nd ref is “so far away”–and is a homonym of another popular and current acronym–Surface-to-Air Missiles (SAMs). But three cheers for cutting through the bullshit on governmental malicious euphemisms. Make sure to always put these SAMs in quotes, with the Real Words–from the reality-based world, preceding it: Tsarnaev, being held incommunicado, or at the mercy of so-called (or “what the government calls” “Special Administrative Measures.” followed by an editor’s note, perhaps, [whenever you hear benign words from the government, think “enhanced interrogation measures,” which the rest of the world has always called torture–since the Middle Ages, yet!. Eds.]

(Ditto the horse shit title of legislation, our elected representatives following the same propaganda dictionary as the Executive Branch (so much for separation of powers). Does anyone use the Short Title of this pernicious, 5-ton load of legislation: Youzapat Riot Act (aka U.S.A.P.A.T. R.I.O.T. Act)

    (a) SHORT TITLE- This Act may be cited as the `Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT Act) Act of 2001′

    Or, more accurately:

The ‘Unilateral Stripping of Americans’ [Constitutional and Legal] Protections by Arrest and Torture of Regular Individuals [who] Object to governmental Tyranny’ Act of 2001, et sequitur.

The nincompoops in virtually all of our Maine Stream Media keep falling into the government’s well-planned trap–the “press” has just called it “The Patriot Act”–Not even punctuating the thing properly.–even the bill itself fails to punctuate it properly. It should be all in one string: USAPATRIOT Act of 20012–with a period after each letter. Writers and Editors might want to save keystrokes and ink if they’re in the print media, or just keystrokes if they’re in the world of the Bottomless Page (i.e., the web)–but surely they’re not so crippled with arthritis in their analog digits (fingers) that they cannot cite the pernicious piece of legislation accurately, as it was passed (without reading) by the dogs we should call Courage The Cowardly Congress.. Heck, they could put it on a “save/get” key, or make a “keyboard macro” of it.

One can but marvel at the cleverness of the government in playing to the basest of human characteristics: 1) They don’t demand a “question authority” education for their children from the school system; 2) They’re easily frightened by loud speakers, loud noises and spectacular explosions (De Mushroom Cloud, boss, de Mushroom Cloud!–apologies to Hervé); 3) They’d rather sit on the couch watching The Opiate of The Masses (aka “sports”; formerly known as Bread and Circuses, or the mortal combat of the Roman Coliseum–or even (shudder) “CrossFire”, what an impoverished simulacrum of combat with real bullets–but make no mistake that words are being used as ammunition in this war against the somnolent citizens of the USA–and the world.

You saw Frank Luntz (How Words Work, or something like that). He claims to be a follower of George Orwell, who would puke were he to hear that today. And write a block-buster essay to take Luntz down. Frankie-boy was the one who came up with the lie “Death Tax” for estate tax–which affects something like 1% of the populace–but how brilliant, because almost everybody is going to die (not the lizards, of course–look at how long crocodiles and alligators keep going and going and going. But think how brilliant–to get nincompoops like you and me to boil down the deliberately unwieldy title of an unconstitutional assault on We the People to its exactly opposite coloration: Patriot Act, instead of “Government Subversion of the US Constitution by repealing the Writ of Habeas Corpus, repealing the First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, Sixth Amendment, Ninth and Tenth Amendments Act of 2001″. Short title: The Repeal of the US Constitution Act By Means Not Specified in Article V–Amending the Constitution” Hey, I can’t think of a short title short enough to pass the gag reflex test.

Every time a “media outlet” fails to put these malign euphemisms into its work-product in quotes–with attribution to the government person or agency using them, every one of us should send a little email or postcard to the outlet in question to demand they stop following government propaganda practice by adopting their dictionary–“outlet” even suggests pollution flowing out of sewer pipes, doesn’t it–quite close, in real-worldian terms).

The so-called unconstitutional “Patriot Act”. Cheney liable to prosecution for aiding and abetting torture, which he prefers to call “enhanced interrogation measures.” They’re keeping Tsarnaev incommunicado, refusing to let him speak with anyone but his attorneys, and that while being eavesdropped by the government prosecuting him–they call it “Special Administrative Measures” and cite a law passed by a cowardly Congress at the behest of an Unconstitutional and subversive Executive Branch. Somehow Obama’s Kill List has actually made it into the partial light of dusk–they just haven’t come up with a suitably effective euphemism. Death Panel List has already been used.

Lest you think words are not important, think of the “fairy tale” told by the Brothers Grimm, of the Emperor’s new clothes. Lovely fabric. Flowing folds. But in the reality-based lexicon, The Emperor Had No Clothes On. Permanent military bases? No, they’re merely “enduring bases,” Shrub told us. Operation Iraqi Liberation (OIL) was quickly changed to Operation Iraqi Freedom. But OIL was the reality-based explanation. Not “freedom”. Not “democracy”. Those words are now in the governmental lexicon, and should always used in quotes and with attribution. Because they’re certainly not in the dictionary of Reality. Not here, certainly. And not hardly anywhere. Folks think the Athenians had “democracy.” Rule of the demos. But did you know that the demographics of the demos placed these practitioners of “pure democracy” in the top 5 or 10% of the population. Women were excluded. Slaves (and there were many) were excluded. And if your mother AND father had not been born in Athens, you were excluded. Think more of Athens as a very wealthy Frat House, and you’d be nearer Real Worldian lexicography.

We’re now in the Surveillance State, in case you haven’t gotten the memo yet. When your every keystroke, web search, phone call, email, library records, grocery bill (itemized), “selfie,” credit card purchase, toll-road transponder hit, is being copied, and perhaps pored over, by your National Surveillance Agency (remember Ed. Snowden?), do you at least CC: the boys in Langley and in Bluffdale, Utah to save the taxpayers’ bucks in searching out your communications? Just think of it–getting back to Orwell, you could hide from the camera and the microphone embedded in your TV set, and of course, being spied on by friends. But now it’s so high-tech and unbelievably simple for states to surveil their “subjects” as we’ve become, to surveil their enemies, to surveil their “friends,” even. The one thing most secure from surveillance, though, is The Surveillors themselves. Imagine if We the People were to put webcams (w/ microphones) into the offices of every federal employee, elected or appointed. We might not have the acres of disk drives to store all the tapes, or the tens of thousands of employees and contractors writing software to search through it all (what they call “selector codes” are, of course, simply search terms–your last name, for example, or the words “disagree with government policy”–that are typed into the NSA’s google search field on a computer screen by another unwatched person). But we have a few million unemployed workers that could volunteer to keep watch on our government 24/365.25 (can’t forget leap-year). And imagine that these volunteers were also CC:’d on every piece of email flowing through “our” government (“ours” no more, unfortunately, unless we bestir ourselves).

Imagine we could listen to Dick Cheney and his “energy” pals chat about divvying up the Iraq oil fields. Or how he and his pals could kidnap and torture human beings half a world away to get false confessions they could then use to cloak their own activities. Or how he could even shoot a friend in the face with birdshot and have him apologize you for standing in his line of fire. Wouldn’t that be fascinating to hear and see?!!! I suspect it’s even better than in the movies. And even televised, live. Would that be more interesting to watch and listen to than guys giving themselves concussions every weekend? Or howsabout watching and listening to the killing of real foreigners, or citizens, and their neighborhoods, with poor AIM (airborne inaccuracy for massacre) or ATMs-air-to-ground missiles (the ground is silent, esp after the Hellfires are detonated)? Would it entertain to read/hear the “after attack reports”? Ah, but I digress.

Think “euphemism” vs real world. Incommunicado, not “special administrative measures,” murder, not “termination with extreme prejudice,” torture, not “enhanced interrogation methods,” kidnapping and torture, not “extraordinary rendition,” prisoners of war, not “detainees”, drowning-with-rescuscitation (mostly), not “waterboarding”, crucifixion with handcuffs, not “stress positions.” Oh, and here’s a good one: How about criminals, torturers and murderers, not “presidents and vice-presidents and other government employees”? No offense intended, of course.

As a BBC note/memo/handbook says/said: These special euphemisms must be put in quotation marks and attributed, lest people think we are using them “in our own voice.” For non-broadcast outlets (or sewers, pick your word–could be a storm sewer, too–less malign, certainly) it would be adopting these malign euphemisms as “in our own words” — unless indicated otherwise, by quotation marks and attribution. Good on WhoWhatWhy for furthering the conversation. Maybe some journalism student can look up the statute itself, and interview the folks responsible with coming up with this invidious malignity in our current usages of language and communication–or should I say “brainwashing” and “propaganda.”

Perhaps we need a foreign language dictionary for the 99% of us not in government or contracting to it–but certainly for the “press”

SAMs are “color of law”, pretend law, “misuse of power made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state”.

When those that SERVE within our government take more authority for themselves then was granted to the BRANCH they serve within, part of the contract that ALLOWS them to serve in that position is that they take and KEEP a solemn Oath (their PERSONAL guarantee) to support and defend the US Constitution they are committing a felony/. More then one actually.

Remember, the US Constitution is the supreme LAW of this land, and IT is our government, defining the structure, assigning different duties and authority to each branch. The people put into it – hired, elected, contracted, volunteered, etc – are there to carry out those duties assigned to that branch. That is it. Anything else is treason, and when anyone or property is harmed or threatened it is *terrorism against the USA and the American people on the part of that government employee, and superiors.

*28 C.F.R. Section 0.85 Terrorism is defined as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”.

“Prior to 9/11, SAMs were allowed only by a court order… Now, the Attorney General decides”

Guess what, No one within any of the three branches has the LAWFUL authority to decide their own “power”, or to add to them. Nor are they ALLOWED to usurp the authorities of another branch, so that we don’t end up with a dictator, etc. It is called the “Separation of Powers”.

Let’s start with the crimes of this one particular case, not including previous crimes committed by the AG including First Degree Murder (assassination powers – tyrant countries have those but here in American we do NOT. Arms Trafficking with KNOWN foreign crime syndicates (F & F, Benghazi, etc), and foreign nations with multiple murders committed that the AG still needs to be arrested and prosecuted for. Etc).

He broke his contract and his Oath, both of which are crimes and makes him ineligible for the position he is occupying.

Preamble to the Bill of Rights: “Congress of the United States begun and held at the City of New-York, on Wednesday the fourth of March, one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine. THE Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, IN ORDER TO PREVENT MISCONSTRUCTION OR ABUSE OF ITS POWERS, that FURTHER DECLARATORY AND RESTRICTIVE CLAUSES SHOULD BE ADDED: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution. …” (caps are mine for emphasis)

This flat out tells everyone that the Bill of Rights puts MORE limitations and restrictions on those who serve within our governments.

Amendment V: “No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any
person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or
property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.”

Amendment VI: “In ALL criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and PUBLIC trial, by an impartial JURY of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of
the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.”

Amendment VIII: “Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.”

These are OUR laws that those who serve within our governments MUST follow and Not deviate in any manner from. Nor are the judicial, legislative, or executive branches ALLOWED to create other laws that contradict the US Constitution, or go around it, or modify it. To do so is a felony and, again, the crime of Perjury (breaking their Oath). It is the contract that they are under and must follow completely.

    That is also treason. http://oathkeepers.org/oath/wp-content/uploads/Dare-Call-It-Treason-21.pdf

This is also why there is NO SUCH THING AS “EMERGENCY POWERS” OR “MARTIAL LAW” here in America -> The Supreme Court of the United States, 1866 (Yes this does apply, and at least then the judges were not tainted or domestic enemies of the USA, or traitors): “The Constitution of the United States is a law for rulers and people, equally in war and peace, and covers with the shield of its protection all classes of men, at all times, and under all circumstances. No doctrine involving more pernicious consequences was ever invented by the wit of man than that any of its provisions can be suspended during any of the great exigencies of government. Such a doctrine leads directly to anarchy or despotism.”

“Lawful”: in accordance with the law of the land; according to the law; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law.

Black’s Law Dictionary: Conforming to the law; according to law; required or permitted by law; not
forbidden or discountenanced by law; good and effectual in law. Lawful pursuit for justice or decision under the law…
Ex: Constitution of the United States of America is the Law of the Land here in this nation

“Legal”: the “color of law”, “appearance of law”, “pretense of law without the substance of lawfulness”, “misuse of power made possible only because wrongdoer is clothed with authority of state”.
Black’s Law Dictionary: Conforming to the law; according to law; required or permitted by law; not
forbidden or discountenanced by law; good and effectual in law.
In accordance with the law of the land; permitted, sanctioned, or justified by law.

Dr. Edwin Vieira: “This has nothing to do with personalities or subjective ideas. It’s a matter of what the Constitution provides… The government of the United States has never violated anyone’s
constitutional rights… The government of the United States will never violate anyone constitutional rights, because it cannot violate anyone’s constitutional rights.

The reason for that is: The government of the United States is that set of actions by public
officials that are consistent with the Constitution. Outside of its constitutional powers, the government of the United States has no legitimacy. It has no authority; and, it really even has no existence. It is what lawyers call a legal fiction.
… the famous case Norton v. Shelby County… The Court said: “An unconstitutional act is not a law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties. It is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.”

And that applies to any (and all) governmental action outside of the Constitution…”

What are the defining characteristics of a limited government? They are its disabilities; what it does not have legal authority to do. Look at the First Amendment… What does it do? It guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of press, freedom of religion.

But how does it do that? I quote: “Congress shall make no law abridging the freedom of speech or of the press” etcetera. “Congress shall make no law;” that’s a statement of an absence of power. That’s a statement of a disability… (End quote by Dr. Edwin Vieira)

I heard that the Defense Attorneys are just going to argue in some way that Dzhokhar was under the influence of an older brother.
They should be arguing his innocence—-not influence. This is not a time to play games. If the attorneys believe he will be unjustly convicted, then, they MUST TELL THE TRUTH to the jury—-all of it—-every last bit of it! It is insanity to play any other game.

Now, maybe Dzhokhar knew his brother got a fancy car AS A GIFT from the CIA. But, Tamerlan may not have told him everything. And, the day of the Boston pressure cookers bombs going off might have been let’s go to the race. For some reason, the CIA wants me to go tot hat race and just walk around and watch it. Of course, Tamerlan was foolish to even be involved with the CIA, but even more foolish to take his younger brother on an assignment.

Another thing I hate is—Dzhokhar hates that beard and keeps picking at it reportedly—-can’t someone get it shaved? It appears the FEDS are trying to make him look as old and as bad as they can!! The “sketches” are ugly and awful and UNFAIR. If the government were sure of a conviction, they would have nothing to lose by filming it live to the world. And FWIW, it has been obvious to anyone paying attention, that the Tsarnev brothers are more in a long line of useful well paid patseys; used and then spit out by the PTB. The extreme efforts to locate, exterminate, and silence them, are markers. The most frightening thing here, is the apparent ease in which the public is fooled each time..

Oh, I am shocked by this SAMs. It is so wrong. What does our government or the FBI have to fear? If the truth is on their side, it would and will come out.

If not, that would be the ONLY REASON that they would want this advantage. But, the truth will be known some day. So, these judges and courts and officers should be aware of that. When that day comes, they may also be behind bars for committing perjury, or worse.

I am interested in what Dzhokhar has to say for sure. Always 2 sides to the story. Don’t forget they were shooting to kill when he was hiding in the boat, miracle he wasn’t killed by all means. He wasn’t supposed to get a chance to testify about anything, his brother was dead and he was next.
This whole event is being played so heavy handed, it raises even more questions.

    • Avatar The Interrogator says:

You said it was a “miracle” he wasn’t killed. It was. If you are a Catholic, and you pray the rosary daily, besides everyone (even you) being assigned an angel to look over you, you would get an extra angel praying the rosary. This was in one of the apparitions of Mary. Dzhokhar is not alone…

  27. Were the “accused Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev” the alleged Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, he wouldn’t be facing a fight to save his life that would allow him to tell the rest of the story. If the alternative media continues to act like the mainstream media, it might find we the sheeple ignoring it in self-defence in the same way.
One of the suspects in the Paris shootings probably turned himself into the police because he didn’t want to die when their ham-fisted attempt to capture him came down on his head. He became aware of his suspectedness via social media, which is increasingly how the true stories are coming out. It still takes a good BS filter to discern the truth, but it beats having to believe the same story from both the alternative and mainstream media, as we are increasingly being given the choice of.
The right to self-defence is refused in the “free” “republic” of France, or many of the dead wouldn’t have been. Freedom of speech is useless when one is in the morgue.

Hello Mr. Fetzer. I come as many do I’m sure and say I have seen much of your work and have yet to find any disagreement in philosophy and thank you for your honest seeking of truth. I am a little broke bug that could , who is writing a book about Boston out before this April 15th and am greedily taking this opportunity to reach out to you as I happened to stumble across your name here. If you are not aware , this website (and I make no allegations in regards to such) does not address the most blatant issue in regards to this event which is the “bombing” itself. Perhaps you are commenting for the same reason I do and simply want to enlighten the readers but let it be known that as I said , the specifics about how the event was staged I believe has yet to be addressed here , although many articles about the legal surroundings of the Tsarnaevs and vague talk about government agencies certainly has. I am humbly attempting to be at least someone who studies this incident as much as anyone else and would like to personally reach out to offer any tiny bit of knowledge I might get to recount that you might want. I am tweeting away like a madman on that twitter thing @BostonPsyOp. I will leave you be and thank everyone who is interested in this with me.

    • Avatar James Henry Fetzer says:

Daniel, Check out the references I cite above. They leave no room for doubt. This was a drill with amputee crisis actors and fake blood. No one died there. Check them out and get back to me. There’s plenty of material for your book.

    • Avatar daniel wilson says:

Thank you very much for the help but allow me to be slightly more blunt. I spend all day studying it and recognized those videos specifically except for one I think. I chuckled when I originally saw the “rejoice , nobody died” title on veteranstoday. I have a lot of specific information about personal connections and specifics of the details of how the event unfolded and whatnot. I spend countless hours listening to interviews and reading version after version of every account. I have piles of paper trying to organize this whole thing and try to delve into every possible detail. I suppose I don’t really know where I’m going from here other than my intention of informing whoever and possibly making a lazy attempt at “networking” a bit. I work with nothing but an internet connection that could go out at any minute and a keyboard that sometimes can’t type “a” and “z” so sometimes feel an artificial sense of frenetic pace in order to dictate my thoughts before they leave. Here’s a fun little tidbit for you , and I know as usual of course the varying levels of meaning in any story but here goes : Northeastern University has many connections to the event , not only in the possible logistics involved in a nearby building but in ways such as a student protest and specific people apparently injured who attended the school. There is an attempt by Northeastern to catalog information which follows the official line by way of their “oral history project” for one thing. The “project manager” Ryan Cordell is an example of the complex ways in which those involved in organizing the smoke blasts operate. Considering we know the event was essentially a drill , it is important to know that the powers that be gathered a lot of information about social media and the way the public reacted. We can prove that in a few ways but I’ll simply mention that Mr. Cordell had an interesting incident. He promised his children they could get a puppy if they got a thousand “likes” I believe off the top of my head. Guess what? The story went viral and they got a million. Now to this day I assume Millie the pup still lives in a happy home , oblivious to her owner’s seeming involvement in big government ways of reading and controlling the average man. And who knows , maybe Stephen Flynn’s connection to the council on foreign relations and homeland security is yet another coincidence involving the university. This story is so deep and every time I spend time in earnest studying one aspect , I am thrown in another direction. anyway , I’ll shut up now and thanks again for the response!

That is impressive. Here’s an angle that may not have occurred to you yet: Do a search for “Images of Steven Spielberg at the Boston bombing”.

    • Avatar The Interrogator says:

Definitely a resemblance, but I don’t think he would risk actually being there in person during something like this. But, I wouldn’t be surprised if he had been a part of it. How would he sleep at night, though, just knowing that Tamerlan was murdered and his brother is suffering so much now? Just how could he sleep??—-UNLESS he was threatened afterwards.

If that has happened, he would then know the truth of what he is dealing with, of what we are all dealing with, and he would know the true evil of it all, and begin to question everything he ever thought was true before.

    • Avatar gogetem1 says:

Let me guess: That was Fetzer spreading disinformation?
      Thought so.

    • Avatar daniel wilson says:

Well “thanks”. I have certainly seen “Steven Spielberg” as I call him but I’d imagine it’s no more than a coincidence although let it be known that multiple people there have referred to the scene as like “saving private ryan” which is interesting. In my head I have pictures that I name that way like the “Tommy Lee Jones” or “Martina Navartalova” Bob Leonard , Tsarnaev pictures. That is another interesting story , about Mr. Leonard. The guy who got information through his grapevine to the government , his cousin , that the officials found his pictures helpful. Ya , right , more like Mr. Leonard was in fact following the Tsarnaevs and working directly for the government , as the pictures hint , no matter his apparent “10 to 20 pictures a minute” hobby photography story. anyway , thanks again and I look forward to another encounter.

And we have the gall to accuse other nations of human rights violations? Osama Bin Laden, still winning after all these years.

  33. Avatar jane24 says:

Thanks for this Lara Turner. A public explanation of the SAMs and just how restrictive these measures are was certainly long overdue. The majority of people have no idea. Although the USG’s “excuse” for the imposition of SAMs is to “protect the public” I believe the real reason SAMs are used is to silence those whose story might serve to embarrass or inconvenience the government. SAMs along with the Patriot Act, are issues Americans should be very concerned about. Not there to protect, but to control and suppress the truth. (Imho.)

Fascinating article. I wonder if we will ever learn the reason why Feds waited so long to impose SAMs. I also would like to know if the press had been trying to interview Dzhokar for some time prior to the August 2013 imposition of SAMs, and if so, who had denied the interviews–the Defense, the Prison authorities, the DOJ, or perhaps Dzhokhar?

“the Attorney General decides whether an inmate presents enough of a risk to qualify for such restrictive treatment.” The official story is that he and brother Tamerlan were Lone Wolves. Locked in a military prison, exactly what is the threat??? As judge O’Toole said to the jury- it is not the government or the judge that decides Tsarnaev’s guilt or innocence, it is the common people. When they see the evidence (or lack thereof) will a Boston Jury have the guts to be “Patriot Strong”
